Hey Noel!

Do you have the Fast and Furious that came with Insanity? Leandro's Secret Weapon and Fast and the Furious come with the programs if your ordered the programs from beachbody coaches only. If not let me know and I'll try and help you with what you have!

That's fantastic! Adjusting to healthy eating is the toughest part for most of us! I still have my cheat days. Especially the week of an exam! I Love Turbo Fire so much :)

I started turbofire on Feb 1, 2013 and did the 9 week prep program. After that I immediately started the 90 day program and am currently in week 7 of 12. I have lost 14 inches overall and 20 lbs. I love turbo fire!! Here are my results so far, 3 months worth of hard work and dedication! Changing my diet also helped a lot! I started at 156lbs and am now 136.2lbs as of this morning!

I was never extremely overweight or anything but I really wanted to change my body and get the best one that I've ever had. My day 90 of the program is tomorrow. I have lost 20 pounds and 13 inches off my body from turbo fire. I changed the way I ate as well by simply just focusing on what I was putting into my body. I still had a bunch of cheat days, but stuck with the work outs. Push past the first week and you will love it! Once you know the choreography it becomes really fun. Plus the work outs are short and can fit into even the busiest schedules. I would recommend turbo fire to anybody.
