My Plans and Goals for Week 2 of Les Mills Pump

8 May 2012 No Comment

Things are going to be a bit tricky this week because I am going out of town this weekend for a wedding. YAY WEDDINGS! I am really excited to see my friend get married whom I have known since we were about 8 years old. She was at my wedding two summers ago and now I get to attend hers. YES it is the weekend before my finals – but dog-garnit – I am GOING to her wedding.

My husband can’t take off work so my little brother gets to be my date which is awesome cause I haven’t really gotten to spend time with him since he graduated college last May and moved back to New Mexico.

But needless to say, I can’t exactly travel with a barbell and 20 pounds worth of weights. So fitting in THREE pump videos between Tuesday and Friday gets a bit iffy.

Here is what my week 2 of Les Mills Pump would look like in a perfect world:

But as I can’t possibly do a Pump & Shred video on Saturday, I am going to just move my rest day to Saturday and shift everything else to the left. I can still do Flow and Hard Core Abs on Sunday because DVDs are easy enough to travel with. Although alternatively, I know my brother owns Insanity so I could simply do the Cardio Recovery Video and Insanity Ab Video on Sunday instead.

Here is my tentative schedule for this week.

I think I’m gonna be dying Wednesday night after two pump videos in a row. But it will be worth it. I’m sure of it. I also need to fit some runs in though because I’m trying to increase my distance. Not a lot of built in “walk” time this week. I will definitely do a long run Monday but I’d like to do a mile or two here and there as well.

So the schedule you see above is my bare minimum for Week 2 of Les Mills Pump.

Wish me luck!
