For those of you who follow my facebook page, you may have heard that this past Friday I dislocated my knee – which puts both of fitness goals on hold. I had just about made it through week two of Les Mills Pump, and had lost 2 pounds and increased the weight used in my exercises and thus built muscle. For my workout today, I did both the 55 minute Les Mills Pump Revolution video and a brief run with my husband. I can’t believe how sore my arms are. I have been doing these Les Mills videos regularly for only 1.5 weeks now, but today my arms are at a whole new level of soreness. Is it weird that I LOVE that? …

Things are going to be a bit tricky this week because I am going out of town this weekend for a wedding. YAY WEDDINGS! I am really excited to see my friend get married whom I have known since we were about 8 years old. She was at my wedding two summers ago and now I get to attend hers. So… day 1 of shakeology cleanse was great. I felt great. I looked great this morning. I had huge amounts of energy yesterday. I was in a great mood. And I did NOT feel hungry. I had an extremely productive day, and I even went for a run. I actually managed to consume 1200 calories of fruits, vegetables, and chicken – easily meeting my daily quota of protein, vitamins, and carbohydrates. But…
