Weekly Wellness – Week 2 of Brazil Butt Lift Review

18 September 2011 No Comment

This past week went really smoothly for me. I got a lot of studying done, though not as much as I had planned to. I met some fellow Jewish students I hadn’t met before and I actually made a tasty home cooked dinner last night – for the first time in weeks (I have eaten a lot of shakeology and many less healthy packaged things recently).

I also finished week 2 of Brazil Butt Lifts!

I stuck with the schedule exactly as written with two exceptions. I used the Turbo Fire HIIT 20 video instead of the Brazil Butt Lift cardio axe video and I am sad to admit – but I skipped Thursday all together.

The cardio-axe video is a lot of fun and dancing – but it requires a lot of coordination. Far more coordination than Turbo Fire ever required. So I decided in this second week to use a shorter cardio video (save me time) that would burn roughly the same calories and didn’t require so much thinking! Med school is enough thinking for me thank you very much :)

Overall I am really enjoying myself. The tummy tuck video is my FAVORITE  ab video of all the programs I have tried (Brazil Butt Lift, Turbo Fire, & Insanity). It’s truly incredible how well those exercises work for me.

AND today will mark 14 consecutive days without candy. Although Wednesday I did accidentally eat candy – I ate a granola bar that had chocolate in it without thinking about it. But it wasn’t a conscious decision to eat candy and it was a very small amount and I’m not a big chocolate person anyways. Chocolate is not my problem. I can mostly say no to chocolate. My problem is everything fruity – particularly fruity and CHEWY candy. Anyways – my goal was to make it two weeks without candy and today will be that last day. Then I think I am going to limit myself to two days. On two days a week I can treat myself to a small amount of candy.

Happy Sunday everyone!

I’d love to have you join me in Brazil Butt Lift!
