Working hard to improve my eating habits, I have recorded all my food and calculated out the protein, carbs, fiber, sugar, and fat. I have nearly completed week 2 of the Brazil Butt Lift & Insanity Hybrid. It’s been a good week but there is still lots of room for improvement. Reviewing what you eat really helps you figure out where you can improve.
